Celebrate real food and gluten-free dishes in this hands-on class led by acclaimed chef, author and teacher, Robin Asbell. In the intimate Good Keuken kitchen, learn the intricacies of gluten-free pasta and savory gluten-free dishes that highlight flavor and enhance your sustainable kitchen.

Giving up gluten can be fun, when you learn a few tricks in the kitchen. In this spring menu, enjoy bright flavors and learn how to make delicious foods you may have thought were out of bounds. Fresh handmade pasta, pizza, and luscious desserts are back on the menu!

Robin Asbell is a chef, educator and author who is passionate about whole foods, and a talent for crafting dishes for special diets. Her latest book, Gluten Free Pasta, More Than 100 Fast and Flavorful Recipes with No-and Low-Carb Options (Running Press) is the culmination of many years of working with gluten-free diets. She teaches popular classes and speaks to groups around the country and in Mexico. Asbell is the author of five other cookbooks, including Juice It! Energizing Juices for All Times of Day (Chronicle Books) Big Vegan, Sweet and Easy Vegan, The New Vegetarian and The New Whole Grains Cookbook.

Robin brings many years of professional cooking experience and her abiding love of satisfying flavors to all her cooking classes, garnished with a sense of humor and fun. She has written for Taunton’s Fine Cooking, Better Homes and Gardens, Real Food Magazine, Clean Eating, VegNews, Vegetarian Times, Mother Earth News, and other magazines, and writes regularly for strongertogether.coop.
