Duck Press Dinner
Celebrate the delectable glory of duck! This Sunday supper explores four courses of duck deliciousness, lovingly prepared by David Padberg of Good Keuken and our neighbor, chef Timothy Wastell. The meal culminates with Escoffier’s “Caneton Rouennais a la Presse,” the famous pressed duck of France.

Take the dinner a step further by joining our tour of Rainshadow El Rancho in Scio, OR on Saturday, March 15th. See firsthand how farmers Joe & Karen Schuller raise and care for their ducks. Good Keuken cooking school will be leading a tour to the ranch, which also raises rabbits, chickens, pigs and the mighty buffalo. Join us for a tour and picnic, meet Joe & Karen, meet the ducks, maybe even come home with some surprises.
