The journey begins on Saturday, March 15, as we visit our friends at Rainshadow El Rancho in Scio, Oregon. The ducks for the Duck Press Dinner are raised by Joe and Karen Schueller. Good Keuken cooking school leads the tour to the ranch, which also raises rabbits, chickens, pigs and the mighty buffalo. Join us for a tour and picnic, meet Joe & Karen, meet the ducks, maybe even come home with some surprises.
