Get out of your produce rut, be inspired and play with your veggies. Cooking classes with Lauren focus on what is right under our feet. Plant-based diets tread lightly, improve well-being and invite complimentary techniques to the current Good Keuken curriculum.
Learn unique and simple ways to add plant power to your menus with fresh, dried and preserved plants.
Classes consist of demos, recipes and a dinner and fall on the last two Thursdays of each month. Be prepared to leave the class full in more ways than one. The course accommodates both vegan and gluten-free diets.
